I bought 5 or 6 NOS GM rear gear sets at an auction a few years ago. Most of them are still in the GM boxes. If I post the numbers I can find on them can any of you guys tell me what they are for? The ratios I can figure just by counting teeth but the applications I don't know. Once I get some info I can dec...

(

)
(Preview)

So my question is this..is this a doable, inexpensive build....I'm no...

69 Fan question? SB B body.
(Preview)
Guys, Can anyone tell me the diameter of a 69 SB fan? My plan is to install a new aluminum rad with a 69' shroud and a new 5 blade fan in my 67'. Make a custom spacer to allow for it. I have shrouds but no fan... I scrapped them, doh! And although I could measure the shroud, I realize you need a minimum clearan...

Chev 307 in a '67 Parisienne
(Preview)
Hi all, I recently acquired a '67 Parisienne and it has a Chev 307 in it, replacing the siezed 327 that came in it originally. I'm wondering what, if anything I can do performance wise with this engine. I've heard this can be a bit of a dog, but can be maximized out at 235 hp. If anyone has any ideas on ho...

What's the difference between 335 and 390hp 427s in 1969?
(Preview)
(And don't say "55 horsepower") I see they use the exact same cylinder head, and same compression ratio. The 390hp gets dual exhaust. Is it just camshaft and exhaust? Any other differences that make up for the power difference? Thanks! Dave
