Anybody have dimensions for the correct trunk emblem placement? My car has a Chevelle trunk lid and I filled the holes when I built the car 15 years ago. Finally found an emblem for the trunk lid. Now I just need to drill the holes in the right spot. Measure 18 times, drill once!

Curious if the trunk rod spings were the same for a few years or not. I know of a set from a 69 Cutlass and am curious if it will fit a few of our years of A bodies. Thanx to 1966SD I was able to get a couple torque rods for the 67. Anyone have any secrets about installing a trunk lid torque rod on a '67 Beaumont? Our 67 busted one last week. Have never changed one and never seen it done. Any help appreciated. happy motoring Bernie

I have 1968 Beaumont that I'm restoring. When I bought it, it did not have a hood or latch etc. and I cant find a picture of one anywhere. Is the hood release the same as the Chevelle? I see an opening for it on the drivers side grille, but the Chevelle one appears to be in the centre.

I just removed my RH inner fender and it has numerous cracks and a lot of bolt holes are torn out. It's plastic and was wondering if anyone has tried fixing them or should I replace it. If I replace it should I go with plastic or metal? Thanks
