Does anyone have any experience shipping an engine block within the US? As in, ship from US address to US address? Yes, I've heard of Fastenal, I'm wondering if there is other options?

at temps all this week at or over 30 I am always amazed to start the car to find the heat gauge well up already. Wife drove the Burb into work today then dropped it off at the shop to fix the A/C. Picking up a load of fire wood tomorrow just doesn`t seem right in this weather

It was fun to watch this piece of nostalgic Canadiana. One thing I noticed is most of these railway workers looked retirement age or older! Hard but satisfying work for sure. I wonder if that '58 Chevy was a company car?

I can't find anything online that I like to tap into a 12 gauge wire. I'm looking for ideas. I know I can strip an inch of so of the insulation off the existing 12 gauge wire, strip the last inch of insulation off the wire I want to use to tap into the existing wire, twist it around the wire and solder it but that...
