This is a cool ride and it was my favorite at the show. There was a lot of nice cars but a super charged hemi in a 1928 Pontiac took the cake for me. It sounded great.

Here's a couple of pictures, as attached to the original 3-speed tranny: I can't see any markings on it. The shifter handle was broken off, maybe 1/2 way down when I got the car, I epoxied a knob on the stub. It did work, although kind of sloppy (bushings worn out). Yup call me stupid, I took the oilpan dipstick out to paint it, the intent was to put it away so I would not lose it, guess what, I cant find it...I quess that comes with age anyway can somebody measure tier an post it thanks bill in red deer

Well i did the brakes last summer then the master cylinder went on me. I don't know about you guys but i skinned a few knuckles taking it off and putting it on. I did the por15 thing with the gas tank and pretty happy with the results, time will tell. Carb was switched out, the old one needed too much work. I re...

Here are a few pic's of the 56. Just some minor issues. One shot you can see filler where a dent was repaired. Very solid body with only a few very small issues. I'll post some fender/hood shots later.

I dont know if anyone has been out to Lundar Manitoba but there's a guy out there with a lot of old pontiacs. I plan on going back soon so I'll take lots of pictures.

She's rested in the bushes since the late 70's. I walked right by it twice till it was pointed out to me. The engine and tranny is gone but everything else is still there. I was in Coquitlam for a funeral of my dear cousin who had been a firefighter for 32 years and they had this old Pontiac on display, sorry I did not get the plate but I did not want to snoop around in the car without authorization.Maybe somebody in Coquitlam can get that info??
