Replacing Acadian floor pans

I'm going out on a limb here, so tell me if this is not appropriate. There is an excellent thread on Steve's Nova Site about replacing floor pans. I'm not saying this because I posted some of my project in there either! A guy on there, who says he is a rookie at this, did his floor pans at home, and documented it with pics. If anyone here has a 62-67 Acadian needing pans, and you have a 110 mig welder, get at it!!! It's fun, relatively easy, but time consuming.

Here is the thread. As I stated, if this is out of line, please delete this post or let me know and I will.

Well, if we are having a floor pan show off competiton, I have to post some pics of the panels on my 67 (cough, cough) N**A SS from Arizona then............. Man, I am STILL struggling with those C***Y car models. I just can't say those words yet!

Anybody wanna see pics of an absolutely rust free never patched 67 SS 327???

Actually, as you've seen, I'm kinda shy on here. I'll see if I can scare up some pics and thought about it this evening...

Thanks Dave. With your continued help, I may one day be able to say them all without any struggles!!

Shy?  like Dolly Pardon!..  at least she wears a shirt!  lol  biggrin  I would love to see the NO PONTIAC floors.. I love to show off my floors, as I have owned cars that "needed" them, and its a LOT of money!!! I know what you paid for your rust free car, amd I paid in the same range, and my car was worth 10g to me just becasue it was a virgin paneled body.. I love the the mint floors in my Toronto car a well...  BRING ON THOSE NOVA PICTIRES..   Lets show off!!
