I moved to Clinton in 1967.. had/have a friend, who(still) has a 67 Nova HT 327-275 4 speed bench seat.. His friend had a 69 Acadian SS, cloth bench 4 speed, dk green/green ..He didnt like it ,as it "moved around, on the road in winter" 1972, 1st friend calls to say 2nd friend, was trading SS for a Pontiac 2+2.. I called another friend ,and told him of deal.. He drove to Goderich ,and bought SS for $2000.00.. He kept car in dads garage,for years... never saw it out.. several years ago ,he added Cragars, jacked up the back.. Last year I saw car, in Clinton at grocery strore! With the excitement of this web site, I thought of the car.. ITS FOR SALE!!!!!!!!! 8 miles from my house.. whats it worth? how many are there? I will tell you what he wants, later thanks V8carl

My friend in N.B. who restores cars, says Nova-Acadian SS wont bring big money.. Fellow 8 miles from wants $ 20,000.00 matching number 2 owner SS Acadian any opinions?
What motor is in this one? The Nova SS of 68-70 have climbed in value in the last couple of years (nowhere near Camaro's though). If the car is super clean 20k may be about right. As much as I like green, not many others share my opinion so that may hurt the value slightly. Todd
Thank you for your input..I forgot about the green.. I normally like a brighter or lighter color.. The car interests me, because its close, and I have history with it..Its got the deluxe interior and exterior..= carpet, cloth seat,chrome around windows..Its A 350 4 SPEED POSI CAR REAR SWAY BAR.. My 71 Ventura Sprint was a 307! with quad carb, and headers,and 4 speed added and 3.08 it would keep up to Acadian w/3.55 in 1st 3 gears lol.. The guy who has it, has had a history of cash flow problems. I guess I just need to, let him know I'M INTERESTED There are several Novas on e-bay today in the same price range restored..A orange one ,red one, and beautifull blue with cowl, and stripes..but they are not, 2 owner original Acadian SS!! All my life, I seemed to end up with gmc's and Pontiacs, and now I are one.. V8carl
