i went. i saw, i conquered. only 400 cars when i left at 5. they had over a 1000 last year. i wont be going back. the car were excellent. the parking nazi really irked my butt. where i was sitting i got most of my pict as they drove in
the beast in the line up
believe it or not a hemi in a A100
a 57 that used to be a race car, the guy bought it from victoria bc
Great pics, thanks! I was going to go but I thought it was next week. Labour Day being early this year has bumped everything forward.
Only 400 cars huh? Wow, the last time I went was a couple of years ago and there were easily over a 1,000. Wonder what accounts for the decreased attendance? Economy, or the parking Nazi?
Did you get a closer look at the 61 Parisienne convertible? I'm pretty sure I know the car, if it's a 6 banger, I know I do!

yeah, Woodward is the king but not everyone can get away for that. Any local cruise that draws (or used to anyway) a 1,000 cars is pretty good. And nothing beats Autofest for the number of Canadian Pontiacs it brings out.
