Cruise night- Goderich Good News!!!!!!!!!

Good turn out!  sponsered by Car Quest   After months of car sitting in Garage, we ventured out to our first cruise(with car)  since 2006... I run car to Seaforth and back this afternoon(18 MI.)  Nothing fell off or blew UP!!  RAD TEMP 210..Went to Goderich, and took grandson(12).. Car ran well, and didn't blow up  TEMP 210   Saw a 2 door post chevelle for sale!  thought some guys here, might be keen  make a good 375 clone.. Was greeted by cruise "big block" specialist, who was glad, that he discovered, my car wasn't all original ....he did have a 427-390 that was nice.  I hate the "in house" guru's  ... anyway, we had fun, and won a hat..  went to McDonalds, and waited way too long for food and  car idled at 210    blew out some old stale gas on way home and at 70-80 car ran 210....  thanks to Todd & "YOU GUYS" who encouraged me to stay with the hobby.....Thanks  Carl  #1idea (in Ont.)

WAY TO GO!

Is that a for-real 66 396 stick non SS car there? That's gotta be almost as unusual as a Strato Chief big block post car.

Well, that must be close to a one-of-none built. If that's an original, pretty amazing to say the least. Cool, even if it's Chevy!

He was the guy, who greeted me, and was so sorry, my car wasn't original L72..  but his car is original looking..He was looking for 427-390 air breather, apparantly, it is like 327-275?

Great photos Carl. Great location for a cruise night too. Did you get a price for the Chevelle post?

2 door post is really nice..  asking 18   sounds like a lot to me, but the 396-375 we saw in Moncton 2 years ago, was not as nice, and sold for 35 thou..
