My garage concrete pad was finally poured in today after a long wait. I bought my little house in the prairies last october and this 10 year old 14 x 22' garage was built on 1/4" plywood and 2x4's on top of 3/4 rocks and dirt ! It was distorted and starting to rot at bottom, some people. Anyway, my Lemans was stored over a good friend of mine from work, over a year 1/2 ago. Not this weekend, but the following one, my car will be home sweet home ! I can't wait to start taking it apart and continue restoring it. The garage still has to be wired... and insulated when funds permit. I will also have to buy : parts washer, mig welder, sandblaster cabinet, compressor... ... Men and their toys ! LOL. Pascal P.S. I will have to reshingle it too.
The wife has been gone for 9 yrs now, it's been pretty quiet all that time. Now I don't know if I should get a new one or continue living peacefully, working, sleeping, resting, tinkering, going places, buying things...when I want to, need to, have to...Seriously, I don't wish divorce on anybody, It's the hardest thing I ever done, hard on the kids and myself...I hope everything will work for the best in the future (for my kids especialy, there will always be #1) and I will find the right one. Pascal
As far as being married goes, I have been married for 27 years, that about says it all. My sister in law on the other hand has had two end in divorce. If I knew the secret I would write a book.
