Tonight was the last of the season of our little local cruise in East York but it was a record 125 car turn-out. Plus we raised over $4,000 for the Childrens' Wish Foundation over the course of the season! Left to right are yours truly, 65Camino (obviously passed out from all the excitement), 67 Beaumont and 73SC:
Those CP shirts were certainly noticed. Parked beside 73SC was a mayfair maize 67 Parisienne convertible. Owner was a super nice guy, we spoke with him for quite a while and hope he will soon be on here and get a load of this, he is a former owner of 427 Carl's 66 Strato. He had a lot of interesting stories to tell about that car!

NICE LOOKING GUYS! I would hang out with them! The fellow you talked to, is Glen Thomas.. He is a actor in Toronto..I have had a e-mail from him..I didnt know , he had another car.. I have never spoke to him.. PLEASE dont tell any car stories, unless they are real GOOD ones.. lol Carl2
Thats a good (true) story.. He actually left, time slips to match that... The "scary part" is, it ran 13.3 with P225/75R-14 CTC radials with open 2.73 ! I dont know how, he got it to "hook" I cant!

He got the tires 4 for $100 on a clear out so he bought 8 knowing they wouldn't last too long. He said the peg leg pitched the car a bit sideways at the line and doing burnouts but he left foot braked and mashed the gas pedal. We had a blast talking all night. He even dislikes our mayor, Comrade Miller too!
Imagine how that old car, helped make "more" new friends..THATS GREAT!!!!!attached photos mean more, after you talk to him. lol She has lots of horses!! Carl2
That pic looks like a 70's rock group album cover!.
And is it as simple as just wearing C/P swag to look happier?.

We're all still livin' in the 70's man! Ray does think he's a rock star wearing those sunglasses at night. Yes, we can all confirm that everyone reacts in a friendly manner to CP swag. It is very therapeutic!

I can't believe how much 67 Beaumont looks like my brother LOL.
Rick
Don't they say everyone has a twin out there somewhere? I think all CP types were separated at birth and it was Todd's destiny to create this site to start bringing us all back together.

1 key chain is already in the Acadian, 2 mugs packed for the next trip to the cabin, number one son claimed one of the shirts and I have the cards in my wallet as well as in my nice Impala to take to the car show on Sunday. There's almost nothing left! I may have to order more.......
