And I would love to have it back. It's a lot more expensive than the $5000 I sold it for in 1999. That car would drive rock steady at 90mph. CLICK HERElymouth-Belvedere-W0QQAdIdZ65254183">CLICK HERE
Pic when I owned it (with my son):
Needless to say he really want's me to own it again!
Thanks. I seem to have a knack for good online forums starting up for cars I've had. I was the "idea" behind the fantastic "Finned Chrysler" website www.forwardlook.net. When I had the Plymouth I was talking to a fellow named Dave who also had a 58 Plymouth and I said that I was frustrated that there wasn't anything online for these cars and that an online forum was needed for us to share ideas, parts etc . He was in the IT business and said "That's a great idea". Soon after he formed the website and still runs it today.
That is a great car. Admittedly i'm also a Mopar fan. I know a guy who used to have a 57 Savoy 4dr. He had it around the same time as you had this car Todd. He only had it for a couple years. The guy ran a diecast shop in Exeter. He used to have print stuff too, mostly car ads taken from magazines. When he closed his store he gave me the Autosport mags he had left. He's living in London now and i think he was able to sell all of his stock to someone. Nice guy who likes his cars.
