Can you believe GM and Chrysler are talking merger? You know things are bad when something like this comes about! I believe it would be a logistical nightmare! Just for kicks at work today we called the local Chrysler dealer service department and told them we had a 2006 Malibu that came in on trade and needed warranty work and wanted to book an appointment. They didn't laugh..
I heard on the news this a.m. that GM would like to get the deal done by the end of October.

It's all about survival. General Motors is a company formed by bringing several together, Buick, Olds, Okland (Pontiac) , Cadillac Lasalle etc.....CLICK to see the wiki write up. We just are not that used to this sort of merger among the big three these days. GM has many car companies world wide under it's umbrella, remember a Saab is a GM.
What car company can i buy with some saved up Canadian Tire money?
Not sure that it will buy you a car company yet but Im sure you could buy a sh!t load of stocks with it.
