Trivia: Winnipeg---Canada's 100th And The Queen Riding In A '67 Parisienne Convert!

Just remembered this little story! While hearing about this car and finding the owner and the car about 9-10 years ago, he told me a story about the Queen using this particular '67 Rag as the get around parade car in Winnipeg while on visit in 1967 celebrating Canada's 100th anniversary! Is this story true or b/s?
Since I was only 4 months old at the time, my memory is a little fuzzy on the topic!!! You Manitoba guys may remember???

Somehow I think I've seen a picture of the queen in a convert but didn't remember it was here or a Pontiac.

Time to do some searching.

I would think she is a little tired of it all by now.  She has been the Queen since 1952 when she was 25.

Sad to think of all the cool cars she has been in and I bet she has no idea what big block torque is about.
