"Flower Cars" are part of the "Commercial Vehicle" chapter of POCI, along with ambulances, hearses, etc.  They're quite rare, as most had rust issues with the moisture of carrying flowers for funerals.  This is the first one I've seen, and I'm not sure what help the 1/2 rear doors would be.  Cool car.
