....would need rear quarters which are not to (sic) expensive....
As I've been asking in other threads, are quarters for old Canadian Pontiacs really available, like he says in that ad?

Wouldn't U.S car 1/4's work? I see more of a Super Stock clone with that puppy.

I sure don't know much about the US Pontiacs. I'm guessing that the lower model B-bodies had a similar wheelbase to Canadian cars, but was the length of the quarters like the Canadian cars?

My eyes are open for another project, and a Canadian Pontiac interests me, but I'd like to learn some hard lessons "before" I jump in the deep end. wink

If the economy stays flat like everyone predicts there is going to be even more cars coming to market in the spring. I need a gargage and a big pile of money. Some of the stuff for sale at bargain prices will do better in the long run than RRSP's. Plus a lot more fun!

I'm glad to see that 62 sold, definately worth saving. And i agree with Todd, that thing would look awesome as a period super stocker. My favourite drag cars are the ones from the 60's. Truly run on Sunday sold on Monday.
