Looking for Custom Sport Wheel horn button and collar

I am posting a picture below of the horn button I am looking for, there is also a silver collar that goes behind it. My car is a 73 LeMans as is the wheel in the picture. I have the wheel which I think is from a Grand AM 73-75 or Grand Prix with the large centre horn button but I would like to have the right one for the Le Mans.
