Made up this diagram to help out with my harness job.

Wish I was restoring a 69 B body! You'd make it easy with all your detail!

Here's a question for you that I was just trying to figure out: are the underhood and front light harnesses shared with the Impala at all? I was thinking the engine harness literally could be the same part numbers, but don't have an Impala book to check. But I'm thinking if it they are then we could run M&H or American Autowire reproduction harnesses.

When I did my gauge cluster install I remember MOST of the dash side being the same as Pontiac, but not all. But is the engine side identical or Chevrolet I wonder?

Does anyone have a supplier for the connectors that are in these bulkhead plugs. Need engine bay side but dash side would be good to have. Are these soldered? Do they use a special crimping tool?

I think your inboard drawing with the 20W resistance wire labelled as going to the starter solenoid is incorrect. The resistance wire goes as far as the coil, then 18Y to the starter solenoid.

Yes, I would say the harness will interchange.  I have a 66 Biscayne and it has the same harness as the Pontiac (Canadian) For the engine, I'm not sure for the dash because they subtle differences in the gauges/idiot lights.

I was talking to Mouser Electronics today and they have the connectors I need. #2973915. My bulkhead connector is different than the on Mark has pictured. Anyway the pins are $1.11 each. Min. Order of 20 plus $20 shipping. I will post pictures of the connectors and multi pin plug they fit into. Looks like American Pontiac 65-66 and maybe other years.

I'll be curious to see, I thought those were pretty common throughout the GM line in the 60's. Nice find!

What crimper do you use for those terminals?

Just use a regular crimper. But don't distort the end too much, if you do, "square" it back up with pair of needle nose.
