That's a very nice duo!

Where were all the others? Surely there's a lot more of you left coasters that can show of your cars together.

I moved to Ontario for work about 5 years ago. Too bad it's gone to heck  as the area was great about 10 years ago. I bought my first house in '94 in cedar hills.no

I think we're only missing 73 GTO and he way out in Abby. There's a few on the island, but a $100 ferry ride for a cup a coffee is a little much to ask and a couple up in the interior with about a 8 hour rounder. If I missed anyone let us know.

I'm in Duncan so it's close to both ferries. I'm going to Monroe so we might see each other sooner.

45 min north sounds like Duncan to me. Did you have your 64 Lemans at the Beverly car show because I think I saw it there?

Cobble Hill actually. and yes it was there last year. Was also at the last unfinished show in Duncan as well. It didn't have any bumpers and I believe the front fenders were epoxy primer Black then. Is your the dark blue 65 that was at the unfinished show??

Hey Kim; When did you guys meet?? Saturday or today. I had the car out on Saturday. If I had known, I would have caught up with you guys. Oh well another time. That looks to be in White Rock in the mall just off 24th Ave across from Home Depot. Is that the right location??

I'm not sure what you mean buy the last unfinished show but I had my blue 65 Beaumont SD and my red 65 Beaumont SD rag there at the Beverly Corners meet. My dad and I drove one each. I'm in cowichan station so were close. The 64-65 Lemans//Gto is my favorite year. They look like a Beaumont.

They had the canadian unfinished nationals, Car show for unfinished and finished cars and trucks at the old fairgrounds in 2007. That's kinda funny that we meet online and we are only minutes away from each other. I'm over on the arbutus ridge side of the highway. I do believe I have seen the rag top and I have probably seen the blue one as well, not too many out there anymore. How long have u had the blue one??

This shows how hard it is to find people that you have something in common with. I have owned 65 Beaumonts for about 8 years, but last year was the first year that I  entered a car show. The Blue 65 Beaumont SD is a original 4spd car that I lucked into last year. The guy had it for 12 years and almost cried when it left. He was a super nice guy and let it go to further his family. I have always been looking for this car and I found it even in the original colors I wanted. It's a twin of the car that my dad bought new in 65 minus the L-79 powerplant that he had. It's a fun car to drive. Where did you find the Lemans? Did you import it? Hard to find one thats not cloned to a GTO.

 P.S
We have to organize a Island meet and greet.

My brother bought it back in the 70's from a Guy in Cow bay, the guy had imported it in the mid 70's. It was in storage from around 84 to 2004 when I started playing with it again. It's not original now, it's got a sbc in it with a bit of a rumble, LOL. 4 spd, buckets, 3.9 posi. Would be cool to meet up, but my ride is in pieces right now, waiting for body work and paint, probalby won't be out till june.

You need a 4dr to drive in the rain. My nicer cars aren't insured right now either. I have a 65 Beaumont 4dr that I drive this time of year. Post some pictures of the pieces because  those are the best pictures anyways. r66sd from Victoria wants to meet up too. I think I'll repost with the hope to get more guys out. Are you doing the body yourself?
