Looking for a Ford Crown Vic Police Interceptor

Should be easy to find one. They are reliable cars, usually pretty cheap too. If your going to drive it in the winter you will need good winter tires for sure.

I found one in Pickering, Great price, but its an hour away from me.

There is a place on Danforth Ave. in Toronto and all he sells is Police cars, Crown Vics, Impalas, Chargers. $5000 for white ones $5,500 for grey,brown or blue ones. He gets them from all over I've even seen Military police cars in there.

I tried searching "Danforth Police Vehicles" to see if it comes up, but nothing comes up.

Is it a dealer or just a private seller?

Any time 65Camino and I go there he says White ones $5,000 the coloured cars are $5,500. I don't pass by that often but I'll get the name and number next time we go by for everyone. If I see a black Charger I'll PM you Earl. The cars are usually about 3 years old.

In Toronto we call this a Used Car dealer, Danforth Ave and Kingston Rd are full of them East of Victoria Park. This guy usually has 30 to 40 Police cars in there at a time.

They are all labled interceptor, but they come in several different trim levels (no way to tell from the outside, they arent labelled lx, or sx or whatever ford uses on regular cars,) the fleet order just allows what options to be picked on the cars, nicer
ones ie, carpet, vs rubber floor mats and full cloth interiors vs vynil
a bit more$$ as with darker colours. the white,with rubber floor mats and two
cloth front seats with a vynil rear seat are by far the most common in canada.

the vin number must have a P71 that identifies it as a police package car, if
its not there its not the real deal. the P71 has a upgraded, braking, cooling, wheels,
electrical and driftshaft pacakage. they are all built in ontario , but USA forces
often buy P71 packages with nice full interiors in colours other then white. ebay
will have a good selection to show the differences. good value if u can find one that
hasnt been all used up, be prepared to look at a lot of them to find a good one.

A lot of the taxi companies buy them directly from the police forces.

30 cars and one ex OPP Suburban in here tonight. 65 Camino and I pick the blue stealth car ex Toronto Police Divison 54, call number 5480. It needs some work getting the decal glue off but it was the coolest one. There was also a nice blue Impala we liked too.

Call the number Todd, last time we talked to him he wanted a $500 premium on the coloured ones, $ 5,500. Whites ones he said were $5,000.

That blue car is known as a stealth car here in Toronto. The decal package they use blends in with the car except at night it lights up light a Christmas tree when reflecting light. It is a true P71, Rubber floors, vinyl rear seat, front buckets seats in cloth. It had a push/light bar up front but all you can see are the cutouts in the bumper cover, must be a factory option because a few had the slots for the Pushbar, they are done nicely and you wouldn't even notice them if you weren't looking for them.

Definitely has a huge cool factor, the only non white Crown Vic in there last night.

The dark blue one he wants $4200 not certified. It's a 2005. Impalas are Ex-Rental cars and they are around 14,000 to 15,000.

Probably needs brakes, the front wheels were caked with brake dust.

That car was actually local to the Police Divison we live in.
