2+2 Convert in The East Kelowna Area.. Help Required!!

Well, the time has come again! I have to get this convert by the middle of August at the owners request! Since time is at a crunch for me at this moment, does anyone know of a transport company who can pick this up and deliver to Sask? If I have to make the trip on a weekend, I will do it but delivery would make it easier!!!

This car is located at/near Halls Speed Shop in east Kelowna or at his house. Even if there is a member on here who lives close to this address and has extra room at their place so that this car be moved to for now would help the cause greatly!!

Reinbursement of their time involved would follow!!!

 Thanks.........

I just got back to Sask from Kelowna last weekend,,,I would have done a drive by for you to eyeball the status.

I was looking for something to buy and drive back ,, seen a real nice 64 Nova on the edge of Vernon , but it was gone the next day when we passed through again.

Is the car driveable? trailer only?

there's a guy that advertises on KIJIJI saskatoon and regina that makes trips west? might be worth a shot.

I had my wagon shipped with Allied Systems. They do all the new car shipping it only cost me $291. plus taxes for just over 600KM. I had the guy drop it if at the local dealer and they picked it up there. I don't know if they will do pick ups at other locations but it is worth a try

Hey Vince, just wondering what your game plan was? I'm about 5 minutes from East Kelowna and have access to a trailer but right now my yard is full, the kids are home for the summer so there are 8 licensed vehicles and I think only 1 vehicle is leaving in the fall. My friend has space but he charges a buck a day. If you need to buy some time I should be able to load it and and move it there or if you need it moved for a pickup with a little notice I should be able to do that.

Hey Jerel!! That may be an option as well. Since the guys have relayed a few names for me to get in contact with, it would be easier to get it delivered versus driving for it. Kim has been kind enough to possibly load it for me but I still have an internal issue of someone going out of their way that far for a car of mine! More guilty than anything, I guess!!!
I am not sure if a company would load it as it is not, as far as I know, driveable at all. I don't know if the tires hold air etc.... But I will get in contact with him and possibly see if you could swing over to scout it out to see what it would need....So other than that, the push, pull or drag method would come into play!!!

Many thanks to you guys for all the offers.......! smile I will keep you all informed with the updates as I get them.........

To load it for a move or for shipping is no inconvenience at all. I enjoy doing it and in this car business it's just a nice big circle. Just let me know and where his shop is now. I know him to see him and where his shop was downtown years ago but I haven't seen him around in awhile.

You got that right Jerel. It's one nice big circle.
Sometimes it's more enjoyable to help others on their cars then work on your own.
