so I have to put on reading glasses, but then, when I look up cry

I encountered a similar idiot a couple years ago. As far as i know he wasn't using a cell phone or anything, but driving on the 402 heading to Sarnia he flys by me doing 140 or so with his left foot hanging out the window.
