Soda blasted a couple of fenders, inside the hood and trunk etc on a brand F. Also the inside of the doors on which the metal is textured to simulate pebbled vinyl. It cleaned up very nicely without any distortion. When repainted the textured effect remains. Just keep this in mind. Your air supply has to be perfectly dry, not a hint of moisture, or the gun/valve will continuously plug up. Also after blasting you have to be very diligent to remove every trace of soda from the metal or the paint won't stick.
I bought an adapter and did it myself but the guys who advertise seem to be quite reasonable.
I had my car gem blasting. Here is a long drawn out video done by the guy that explains everything and then probably to much. Hope you get what you are looking for. I was quite happy with the outcome. No warped panels at all did everything from frame, suspension, rear end tranny, body, etc.. costly but in my opinion, worthwhile.
