That is really cool!!!

Being a RHD car, it would have the fiberglass 64 chevelle dash, making the A/C easy to install at the factory utilizing the 64 chevelle dash controls and venting.

U18   Export KM speedo
X14   Export spray tarp coating for shipping overseas
N05 is a mistery to me too

V59  Only an educated guess, v55 is a roof rack, so i am going to guess that it is perhaps a trunk lid mounted luggage rack of some sort, i seem to remember them listed in a 67 chevelle accessory brochure.

The only country I can think of that that they might have gone to is South Africa*. Both Acadians and Beaumonts were sold there until 1969 (6-cylinders), and there were enterprising dealers that imported high-duty cars for wealthy people. There were also dealers in Australia (say four) and NZ that imported for example Parisienne convertibles, but I have never heard of any Beaumonts being imported. Also I am not sure about them having metric speedos at the time. Otherwise I can only suggest Singapore, West Indies, possibly Burma and Malaya. Or Hong Kong! I am ruling out Indonesia.

* Winter tyres on a February build does not make sense for a Southern Hemisphere car. Nor for a tropical country. Cyprus fills most boxes therefore. Unless it was a diplomatic sale or to an individual who was to take the car back with them.
