Thirteen years ago almost to the minute...

I was celebrating! But not with alcohol. We had the new year's baby in Winnipeg and now had our "perfect" family, one son, one daughter. I know, I know, I likely told this story last year on the 'eve but it's as exciting for me now as it was then!

And yes, I realize I have a Chevy shirt on. It was borrowed on short notice for the newspaper crew. When the TV crews came to interview I had a Pontiac shirt on!

Well, I guess, actually not much effort on my part, more of an effort on Jo's part!!!

I had video of four different TV interviews and somehow accidentally erased 3 of them. Too bad.

 Being new here this year I was not aware of the story.  Thanks for posting again, and a much belated congrats!  It must be kind of cool when the whole world seems to join in your celebration every Jan 1.

Not wanting to hijack your thread but on a related note...A buddy of mine was born in a small Alberta town approx 40 years ago.  As he was the towns New Years baby, he displays a plaque signifying as much.  Last year it finally dawned on me how small his home town was.  His birthday is actually in Feb!  (True story.)

For those who don't know, my wife works with me as an accountant at the dealership (well, rather former dealership as of midnight last night I guess) Anyway, she had the New Years baby in 97. About 4 years later our receptionist had the New Years baby! Must be in the water there or something!
