How much did you spend on your interior

How much did you spend on your interior? I have a 1967 Beaumont  SD that will cost about $3000.

Including all materials and labour? Seats, carpet, door panels, arm rests, dash pad, etc?...

Mine was $1400.00 for seat covers, parcel shelf and carpet   And then I cut a hole in the new carpet disbelief

I'm in for:
Console repair $600.
Dash pad $175.
Drivers seat repair $100.
Used replacement door panel $150.
Still don't have anything "new"

I'm finding that the materials are mostly affordable, but the labour that's expensive. (While I can do my own carpet and door panels, I've been told by many that it's best to have the seat vinyl installed professionally.)

I found the interior the most reasonable area of the whole car. I spent around 1200 for weatherstripping, carpet, sill plates, arm rests, and seat skins. My dash and door panels were in really good shape so just had to re dye them and I installed my own seat skins. It's not bad to do, just takes time and the first one obviously takes a little longer. The back seat seemed to only take minutes. Just have to buy an angled hog ring plier.

I am replacing headliner, carpet, door panels, armrests, seat covers and foam and rear deck plus trunk divider for $1800 the install is a trade off. I also bought a dash bezel steering wheel with center cap and wiring harness for $850. Just took arm rest shells, dash knobs, roof light, and tail light bezels to be rechromed for$400. the next thing I need is the dash tack and console clock.

That's interesting about the pui vs legendary comment after the discussions on the site. Please keep us posted and pics once things are together.

Thanks
