I know I have already posted a number of spots . But I did not know about this site. The name chevy 4 ever is because me and my family have owned nothing but chevys. In 1980 when I was 15 a car came up in the paper for $500. It was a 1967 Beaumont 2 door hard top. When I came up to the car it was ugly.Gold interior, kind of blue but mostly primer outside. Alot of the parts were on the inside. The engine was beside the car with a rod sticking out the sideof it.I paid $400 and waited till spring. Spring came car was there but no chrome . Idid not realize how important it was.Ibought a 1967 Beaumont 4 dr for $90 for parts. I built a car for$500 at 15.It had only 39800 on the odometer .I knew it was real because the car was only 13years old and he used it as a drag car remember Beaumonts were cheep. As a kid you have no money I put a 283 in it while building a proper 396. It took years.....................Itwas complete in 1987. So Idrove it. In 2004 it had 45273 on odometer. never drove it since. Sitting in a garage for all these years. In march of 09 I opened the door. Decided its time. If you read this correctly I am the same age as my car.It has been with me for 28 years. thats a relationship! I hate factory colours so Iam going My invented red and satin black.thats my story chevy4ever
