You have done a lot of nice stuff to the car..   seats, carpet, steering wheel, big block engine, new trans, rear disc brakes  etc  When you tried to sell it, the body seemed to hold it back..  Have you thought of, putting some money, in the body, instead of a lot of big dollar performance items?   Just being nosey  lol   Carl

I agree with you guy's but as of now I have no way to facilitate doing the body work.I am after all I am a Journeyman Body Tech and I work at a place where doing your own vehicles is not an option. And I guess I'm just trying to build a decent driver, something people don't see every day.Believe me if I had a place to do the work that it needs I would definitely do it.Even the Mrs. wants me to do it and repaint it the original color-Laurel Mist Met. which I think would be just find with me no doubt. Thanks for the input guys!

Darren,
Must it be a B body 4 piston setup?
Why not go with a 65-68 C3? You're keeping your 65-68 spindles anyway...right?

Find a pair of 67 Vette or 67- 68 "B" Disc hubs (likely the same).
A pair of 65-68 caliper brackets. 69-82 changed part #.
69-82 Rotors, slip them over the hubs.
69 Vette studs pressed into the hubs.
65-68 Splash shields. 69-82 changed part #.
69-82 Reman Moraine O ring/stainless sleeved calipers.
The C3 Caliper gives you way more options...and is way cheaper then any 67 B 4 piston.

Take your drum spindle, machine down the upper backing plate boss to accept the C3 caliper carrier and your good to go.

Same price as a 67 Impala system? Maybe...but try to find some 67- mid year 68 4 piston calipers.

Thanks for the input,I will definitely consider that way to go.I'll go and pick up a pair of caliper brackets then I can machine the spindles to fit.(I was going to replace them with C3's as a complete set up). Then it's basically down hill from there I reckon eh.Dust shields, hubs, rotors and new axle studs then it's 4 pistons on all 4 corners.I really appreciate the help guys and to Rick for letting me borrow those rims/tires for pre-fit,thanks. The 225 70R/15's work great!!!I couldn't get the Torque-Thrust up in the wheel well-too big a tire. But at least now I know. The joy's of changing things that didn't come with them. But it's the end result-right.
