1956 Chevy BelAir 2 Dr. Hard top.  Good solid car, 100% complete.  Factory Sierra Gold and Adobe Beige.  Excellant frame and body mounts. Minor pinholes in floor, perfect trunk and tail pan.  Good stainless and chrome.  Glass is in good overall condition.  Has a 350 {tired, bad exhaust valve} and good operating Saginaw four speed.  Drives and steers good {minus tired motor}.  This car had a body and paint 24 years ago and with a few touch ups could be driven.  Almost too nice to call a builder.  Needs complete interior kit and rubbers.  Rare find. Good car!  $12,000.00.  Serious only call 519-631-5569 or email.

Tempting. Classy colors. Probably started life as a 6-cylinder car because the radiator is located in front of the radiator support.

When he says $12,000 does that mean Canadian dollars?

Dave

If you haven't checked lately Dave, our dollar is pretty close to yours anyway. It's a great time for us to buy in the US. Sucks for you though...

About $1.07 today, so $10,000 US = $10,700 CAN

If I wait for all Obama's planned havoc to the economy down here, pretty soon it will be $10,000 US = $700 CAN

Keep in mind that since US has about 9 times the population of Canada, down here there are 9 times as many lying thieving politicians ...

Dave

Year1957

Body TypeCoupe (2 door)

OLDER custom done in the 70's flavour. Crush velvet interior with a 4 spd ...yep !!! even has matching crush velvet pillows !

THE GOOD .....Gasser look , 327 4 bbl with Saginaw 4 spd. HURST shifter. 3.73 gears NON posi. new Halibrand style wheels.

THE BAD....The body is decent , the trim was pulled back in the day , and the trim holes filled in with bondo. I have collected all the side stainless trim. The body is decent , needs the driver fender changed ( have one ) when the body gets resprayed. The passenger front floor pan needs to be changed,,it's not rotted through , but it is soft.

THE UGLY... that's what my kids named it ?? a hoot to drive and gets attention where ever you go.

It currently has the wheels in the first pic on it ,,but any of the combos in the pics are available

my collection has out grown my storage space ,,,so.....here goes...
