door skins

I was wodering if I could ask you fellows to post some pics of 67 canso door skins.I still have the little canso emblems that I think were stock, but I don't think the pattern came in 4" square tufted naugha-hyde.[which,like the rest of the interior smells like critter pee.If I can get some good shots of other skins a local  guy says He can come close. thanks a lot

I assume you are talking the interior trim panels?

I have the ones from my 67 Nova SS and neu15 from this site was here a few weeks ago with his 67 Canso panels. Other than the emblem they are identical.

Yes - The door panels are the same as 67 Nova SS. No need to get any panels custom made because they are widely available in the aftermarket (Classic Industries, Year One, NNN, Nos Reproductions)

Here's a picture of what your looking for. The door panel comes in 5 or 6 standard colors at SD trim level and each panel has the white accent stripe. Your seats should have the stripe to match also.

No it's not mine Carl. I inquired about this one about three years ago now. I'd like to approach the owner again soon and negotiate on his original asking price. I keep this one in mind if the funds ever became available. It's ever bit the car I'd love to own long term.

Yes, seat covers are identical.

When neu15 brought his panels here, we noticed maybe a slight difference in the "puffiness" of the vinyl cover from one to the other but I'm convinced it's more to do with being 40+ years old and 2 totally different climates. My car spent 12 years in Arizona, likely the next close to 25 years in Texas. His car is a Manitoba car so the temp/humidity changes could well react differently on a piece of vinyl.

And I feel the same way about this place 377. I have had answers here that people have given me so easily I almost feel foolish asking, and yet it has sometimes been a stumper to me. A wealth of Canadian Poncho knowledge here, to say the least.

Kevin, after I asked about that car I remember you talking about it, I think on here. You NEED to get ahold of that car! Gotta be an pretty unusual car... Oh, and did you see my note here? Stay off the Nova forums for a while. BAD BAD virus. I have been on here a lot of my evening saving pics etc off this computer. It is having huge issues, and I suspect it may crash on me yet. I know I got the virus off the Nova forum too.

No problem sharing the info. You are correct, for 67 you can use 67 Nova seat covers.
