Has anyone had any experience with these . Just wondering if they would work in a oil pan. Have a oversize plug in it now,and has been OK for the last 5 years, but don't want to have to pull or raise the engine to replace the oil pan in my 66 Beaumont. Can likely continue for another 10 years the way it is if I have to though.
Hi Carl I have the largest one in now so that would be the AAA. I know they make plugs in the AA size that have a smaller inner plug that threads into the AA plug, but I have not been able to find them in the AAA size like that.
Ah, ok, maxed out already. Ouch. Not sure what to say then. As long as you know it's there and you are careful there is a pretty good chance of it lasting a long time yet though, based on my own experience.

i actually used hydraulic fittings from princess auto for my transmission plug, seemed to have alot of sizes. I used two fittings, one big one rammed in there with a smaller plug in that. Seems to be alright so far.
