That looks about where the emblem should be, no?
Probably a quick paint, the moulding goes on...oops! Its over the emblem spot. Oh well. But where I ask are the all important louvers?

I was squinting to see if the 2+2 emblems above the rear marker lights are there, but can't quite make them out.  If someone wants to contact the owner, a true 2+2 convertible's VIN will start with 76867.

That's an aftermarket stick-on molding, not an original.

You know, if you could get it for, say $4000 and it was certifyable, It would be a fun summer cruiser regardless of any hidden horrors.

I get very disheartened when cars are posted for sale and all anybody does is find fault with them. This is a primary reason I don't  like going to cruise ins, everybody is a critic. no

Isn't this site to help out and protect each other from horror shows?

Just got this reply from the seller
"Just had it in to see what it would need for a safety. Floors need to be patched. Frame is fine. Needs lower left torsion bar, flex hoses and right side ball joint. (Its still all right for me to drive, just a bit of play) Awaiting a new usb cable for the camera to be able to upload underside and interior pics. Crack in passenger side dash, carpet need to be replaced, back seat cover is sun cracked.
Doesn't sound too bad. Would make a nice cruiser. He's not asking much for it.

A ball joint, strut rod and flex lines and a bit of floor patch...probably $300 max diy. I have a strut rod for it. As long as the frame is fine as he says, it would be a great way to get in the wind this summer.  I'll bet Stevenzones eybrows go up just a little when he sees it...

sounds like a pretty honest description-which helps a lot-can't buy much in this price range

Does the front bumper (on the drivers side) look like its been painted with silver or some of that chrome paint? Not being critical, because I've done that to a couple cars, to make them look better. PS.... I'd drive it...
