This is Keith and Jeanette Bingham's 1934 Pontiac Roadster, voted "Best in Show" at the All Pontiac Street Show in Puyallup on June 20th. The 1st picture was taken at the show. As you can see it was a very wet day. The remainder of the pictures were taken at the Shelton Historical Society Show on June 27th. The weather was much better for photos. The "Pontivette" has Corvette engine, suspension and interior.

Unfortunatley the weather was terrible during the show. We only had 60 cars. Normally we get 90 - 100. Many that didn't attend are GTO, Tempests and Lemans. 1966 and 1967 "A" bodies are very popular here in the Puget Sound Area. I have had a few myself. My wife drove a 1966 Lemans 326 for 10 years. What a great car that was for her. When I bought it had a broken crankshaft at 60,000 miles. It still amazes me the crank couldn't withstand normal driving. The wife drove the new junk yard engine trouble free for another 60,000 miles. I finally gave the car to a friend who needed transportation. He drove it another 50,000 before it finally gave up.
