This has been for sale since mid March 2010 and a couple of us have looked at it.  I was hoping it would make it to the Alberta Iron Indians show in June, but they were unable to make it.

Hmm.  That eight track doesn't look factory or... I wonder what was the first year you could get one in Canada.  I have seen a stock one in 57 ponchos  beautiful 1967 Grande Prix but they must have made it to Canada later on.

Anybody know?

the 8 track player in this car is not stock.  They were available in 67, not sure how well they tie in with the Impala style console though.   I'm not sure if 8 track players were available in 66, as 8 tracks came into being around that time.  One of the guys in our local club has an aftermarket 4 track player in his 65 Parisienne.

67 would be the first year for 8 tracks in Pontiacs, yes. And that is not the correct one as mentioned.

That car is sure a good looker...
