We were almost victims last week. My wife and I were in her Sebring convertible sitting at a light waiting for it to turn green so we could turn left. All of a sudden a woman in a Jetta goes through the red light in the oncoming lane. A full size Dodge van nailed her in the right rear and her car spun towards us. I saw it in slow motion and was sure she'd nail us. Her car missed us by about a foot. We had the top down and were showered with debris and gravel.

god love morons that keep our rates high, natural selection, i cant think of any more. a few years back i had a real funny right in front, a small suv decides not to turn right at an intersection as their flasher indicated and gunned it strait through with the obvious results as the suv got punnted i herd the engine max out probably because the dope had his foot on the gas not the brake (do you hear that toyota), the truck lept into the air after hitting the side walk cleared a side road with two feet two spare and stopped before a house wedged on one of those light controlers on the concrete pedastales. all four doors swung open and four very rattled oriental teens fell out the suv a total right off. long story haveing a front row seat for this i got a call from thier lawyer as to what i saw, i told him it was thier fault  for not following thier signal and not being carfull not happy with this answer he got nasty. they blamed the girl whom they side swipped at full throtel.

Its never their fault is it? Its always useful to  remember accident lawyers are not there to help anyone, they are there to help themselves so they are not interested in the quick and simple truth but whatever will increase their fee.

aint that the truth. my wife was driving my monaco in 05 and got rear ended turnning off the two lane highway onto our gravel road. the guy had a trailer full of about fifteen buffalo hit her on the drivers side went down the whole side of the car as he sucked her into the ditch. he claimed it was her fault because the lights didnt work then changed his story to that she didnt signal then claimed the damage on the car was already thier. lucky for him i had photos of the whole car becuase i had just repaired the rust damage to help hi memory. I had to take accident photos and fight for two years to win . nasty sob. found out the smuk was insured the a company that insures the uninsurable because he had like ten previous accidents.and this was with full coverage on my part the fun and games we have to go through. as far as the lights they must have been gared in the colision into working
