Who are you? Where do you live ?, This is 65camino's and mine hood. That Cadillac once belonged to Elvis, owner lives in East York too.

I live in Pickering. I work in Leaside. My mother-in-law is at Coxwell and Danforth. If I'm not on Laird or Mortimer, then I'm boogeying along Coxwell or O'Connor. I was born at Toronto East General. I was brought home in a '63 Pontiac Parisienne (gotta find the photo). I learned to drive in a Nova -- 6 cylinder Baby S*** Yellow. (Mom's car.) My first car was a Chevette (totalled); second an Acadian; then another Parisienne. Today I drive a Ram half ton and a funky little rice burner that's often mistaken for an Opal.

Keep writing. I have to get my Veteran Status back.

Almost daily. While the summer's on the kids spend a lot of time at Yiayia's (granny). And my work takes me in and out of East General a lot.

You'll have to look carefully for my El Camino next time you drive north of that intersection. It's parked in the driveway most days when I ride my bike.

Yes. He's the East Yorker. He went to East York Collegiate, Monarch Park and then Jarvis, which was conveniently located near the family owned pool hall. He also put a Corvette engine into a Le Mans and then smashed it up. He also had a Grand Fury and he smashed that up too. After that, he took cabs until I stole him away to the GTA. Oh, and I also had a Big Fat Greek Wedding -- 2 of them. One on Saturday and one on Sunday.

I will. At this rate, I'll recoup all my lost posts. An eccentric co-worker erased my account because I wasn't paying enough attention to him. I lost 27 posts. He'll pay for that. furious

I am Canadian.

Most people don't accept that but our family tree shows the first North American born in 1848 near Pembrooke ON. Settlers came from Scotland and Ireland.

You are the real thing. Usually have to go up north to find one. And in Florida, absolutely no one is born and bred. My bunch came over on a boat in '48. Three years earlier, they would have been called "enemy aliens". They learned English really fast and went into the trades, behaved themselves and raised us. They never went back to Europe because there was nothing there.

Takes up lost heat from Otto or Diesel cycle to power another stroke. Pistons go three for every injection of fuel. It's a greenie thing apparently so I expect it would be expensive and of no further interest to me.
