My 66 Beaumont SD daily driver

This was my daily driver when my wife and I were first married in the early 80's, 283 2bbl with a power glide.  This was the first car I ever painted, I believe the color was called butternut yellow.  All the time I had my 67SD asleep in the garage, this car kept my pontiac juices flowing.  Sold it a few years later as the family grew.

That looks very similar to the one that went at BJ (Las Vegas?) a year or so ago. It too, was a 283 PG car. I'm sure it can be found in the BJ archives (or in a BJ thread on this site.)

Could very well be-the one at the auction once belonged to Bill-he got it in Ontario via e-bay-it had come from out west-good car with somewhat low mileage and an amatuer repaint

I can't quite see but it appears maybe they both have Chevelle park lamp lenses too.

If I recall, the buyer was from Texas. They had a little segment where the seller was talking to the buyer saying "I wouldn't hesitate to drive this back there"...

Sorry to let ya guys know that I don't believe that was my 66SD at the auction. When I sold it years ago, the young guy put a 350 TH400 in and proceeded to drive the car into the wrecking yard. I don't have any pics of the cowl tag, but I still have a registration for it with the serial number on it.

I like the BJ happily everafter story better than the reality show version...
