Being Canadian built and dash an earlier style, it may be one of the fiberglass RHD dashes as used on Canadian KD cars shipped to S. Africa or other offshore markets?.

There were only 2 1967 Nova Right Hand Drive Wagons ordered for the US. Both cars were ordered by the same gentleman (still alive and a pleasure to talk to) in Wyoming.  He picked them up in another state and towed them, one with the other, back to Wyoming. He leased them out to individual Postal Carriers. One was wrecked, totaled, and crushed years ago. This is the only one left in the US, and probably the world. I have sent numerous emails out to other car clubs in other Countries trying to locate another RHD 67 Nova (wagon), and not been able to locate another 66 or 67 RHD Nova. It was built in Oshawa and I have the GM of Canada documentation on it. The documentation states that 34 total RHD cars were exported (but does not give destinations).
I have copies of the original window sticker. It was $2560.15 total. There was a credit of $67 for the deletion LHD heater (option C48). The heater would be located where the master cylinder is located on a RHD. The dealer sent off to Australia for a heater unit that was used in cars there. The controls went in the heater delete plate. There are a lot of very unique parts on a RHD. Even the steering column is opposite. The turn signal is on the right and the shift lever is on the left. GM did use the (steel) dash from 65 RHD, on later years, I would think to save on cost.  You will notice RHD pages in the 65-67 Nova Assembly Manuals. This car was owned by Tony Sanders years ago. I was able to purchase RHD parts from the crushed car from him that the original owner had kept.
Sending out my inquiries on RHD cars, I once received an email offer to buy a RHD steering column. I was pretty excited about it untill they sent me pictures of MY car (they had pulled off of the internet).
I have been torn between restoring the car to a 1000 point car or leave it as it is. I think it it a very special car. It is pretty scratched with a lot of small dings. I know they are only original once (it has about 86K miles) and the original owner can tell you where just about every scratch and ding came from. The front bumper is dented from the tow to Wyoming, the right door is scratched from all the mail boxes, the hood is dented from replacing shocks and not tightening the tops before letting down, and on and on. The rear seat is perfect. He left it out untill he sold the car. It was neat just talking with him. Hope this was helpful.

My info has it that 57 Chevy II cars were sold in South Africa in the first part of 1968, which would have included 1967 models..possibly exclusively. I am certain that no rhd cars were sold here, so it would be interesting to know where the other cars went to if not to SA.

A a matter of interest and OTT this is a reminder of the 1955-68 rhd full-size dashboards. I have yet to find a list of Chevy II/Nova models...there were some 1962 Chevy II cars exported to GM-Holden's by GM of Canada, so presumably 1962-4 cars had the '52 dash?

1955-56: 1955 Dash transposed
1957: 1956
1958: 1958
1959-60: 1959 but Pontiacs had a clock in the dash
1961-64: 1961 Pontiac transposed
1965-8: 1965 Chevrolet transposed
1969: 1969 Chevrolet transposed but Pontiacs..did they have the same or '69 Pontiac transposed?

Jerhra you have a very rare piece of Nova history there! My opinion is leave as it is and be proud of owning and displaying it.

Plus one on don't restore it! You have an exceptional piece of Canadian GM history in that car.
