its the same car that carl has a picture of at the Garden city show last weekend

The car is always out and about, and at sunday cruise nights.
I see it all the time

It has really ugly canadian tire hubcaps.

I cant believe this guy has not tracked it down yet!?

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.

Did you guys notice the fender-mounted mirrors ?

They look the same as the ones offered for sale here by "forespeed".

No question, it's the one I shot on Sunday. Look at the mirrors and antenna.

The name is in the window on the sheet but is it readable?

I did.

Yes, antenna and mirrors are a dead givaway.

Mirrors are generic GM dealer accessories,  could be bought for all makes and models from the 50s to late 60s.  Even ford used the same ones

fender filler piece is from a door but reversed. i was eyeballing that trim in carls previous post trying to figure out what was done. on mine it starts with a C shape trim piece.

good way to do the chrome if you are missing the front starting pieces.
when i bought my car from the original owner the mirrors were on the front fenders.

One thing I have noticed,  the car that I removed the fender mirrors from was from the west coast.  Purchased by a Calif. man working in B.C.
Lefty's car is west coast.
the 63 in this thread is a west coast car.

It appears to me the fender mirrors were more of a west coast item installed by the dealers when the car was new due to the cars not coming with a mirror on the door.
Agree or No??
