Found 65 Acadian Canso SD build sheet

Had the back seat out today to change the rear package tray and I was surprised to find the build tag still under the seat.  The last owner had changed the carpet so I thought it would be gone.  I had a short little debate as to remove it or not and here is the result:  (key codes deleted)

Oh, cool!!! I think I showed you the one from my SD but you have likely forgotten that. Mine was in much worse shape but mostly still legible.

Am I correct in reading that tag information that is is a 6 cylinder standard engine equipped car?

71837 is a V8 Sport Deluxe two door hardtop. It doesn't show an optional engine as it was equipped with the 283 from the factory. If it was one of the two choices of 327, they would show up on the sheet.

Sure hope not since George Z. documented it as one of the 274 V8 Acadians in 65. 

Doesn't the 71837 number on the tag identify a V8?
