Yes, remove the speedo cable and lube it up with that nice white lithium grease. Don't use anything else. That will cure most of the speedo jumping problems.

Mine was doing the same, especially around 50 to 70 range.  I changed the speedo head unit which cured the problem.      twocents.gif
