I had two Astres and one Monza V8. Imagine my surprise when I got the FSM for my Monza and it had Vega and Monza in it...same darn car! Anyway it's hard to have more fun than driving a V8 Monza/Vega. Mine was stock looking but of course the engine was modified to my meager student budget, hooker headers, accel ignition, carb and intake off a big 400 small block Kingsman, twin turbo Corvair mufflers. It was a blast, mostly because it scared the you know what out of unsuspecting souls.

This car being a notchback would be an awesome V8 sleeper project.
