This is known as a Vista Roof or Sport Sedan depending on GM car line. It was also available in 1960. 

The nickname for cars with this roof line is "Flat Tops" coined after aircraft carriers. The name first was applied to the big 1959 Cadillacs but it can apply to all the GM models styled this way.
