Ha, just remindered me of the post with the '69 Impala SS Convertible scamming StriperSS's photos, looks like another case of the same thing! Sweet! Next thing you know, Todd's '69 Laurentian will be for sale in BC and he won't even know it!

The $8000 ad has a stick shift too. Bonus! smile

A lot of these duplicate ads are really scams. Down here, on Craigslist, it is becoming a real concern. Typically, a scammer posts pics of cars and ads half a continent apart. There is usually some sob story... getting divorced, getting deployed, bank about to repo car, etc. and they need to make a quick sale.

They have the buyers send money and surprise, surprise, surprise... no vehicle.

There was just a similar situation on the H Body site i go to. Same car, 1K miles apart. A lot of those ads dont have phone numbers, though. Just all e-mail stuff.

Well, let's just hope for the best on this. Nice looking car.
