I was in discussions to buy this car before Mark found mine, and before I found the Lemans. Logistics played a big part in my decision to look elsewhere. I do like the 67 model considerably more, and if you remember I had a tribute ride planned with a 67 like the ole man, so this 66 had almost everything. This car isnt automatic is it?  I have never seen this car in person. I believe it would sell for 20 if the seller had the luxury of time. The seller described it as "
From front to rear this car is in good restored condition" Maybe he is understating the condition, as I think he might be, it has its benefits.  but I couldnt describe mine as only good. And to answer your question, nothing looks as good as mine biggrin.gif It sure would look good beside it though(in my garage)

You know when you see a 'perfect' car in pictures, you imagine and hope it'll be what you are picturing in your mind. Then you get there and it almost never is, and there are some flaws that the camera doest pick up, its a car, decades old. Well my Beaumont was over the top better than expected, and given some of my puchases in the past, I could have ended up with so much less. Thats what started the banners.

Looks like a great car - but I may have a little bit of a bias. Should go quickly at that price. I have people ask me if mine's for sale - I'll have to point them to this one!
