confuse Decisions, decisions, decsions......

I guess I need to give you a call some time. We were out for most of the evening.

I may try to call you tomorrow evening. I know I have to be out for part of the afternoon and evening.

Will you drive it here for expenses if I buy your plane ticket home as well?

What are the production numbers on such a car? I can see why you like them Jim. It looks like it could eat a GTO.

They only made 5100 and change of them in Canada, most with 283 and 327 and only a handfull with 396 and even fewer with 427. And even fewer with A/C.

Yes there is one in Alberta that currently has a 396 in it that has recently been reunited with it's original 427..and there is one in Ontario.

That's why they are known as the gto's BIG BROTHER...with the big block they had all the power and all the class as the top model for 1966.

Always liked that body style but what is with the interior. I guess it is retro of
that era.

Distance is the issue. If it was for sale in Manitoba, it would likely be here already.

Find me a 65 beaumont SD locally with all it's trim for cheap and I will haul it for nothing.

I calculated that. Realistically it would end up being close to $1500 to do it.

I am going to check on auto transport from Victoria but I suspect it will be $1000 at least also.

Basically it's 3 days. No getting around it. 1500+ miles and not all of them at 120 km/h.

It's funny you say that. I was on the highway today and went by a guys place who had a 65 SD in his yard lonnnnnng ago.  I am wondering what ever happened to that car but it hasn't been around there for at least 10-15 years.
