I am considering selling my project 1969 camaro rs Xll trim car. Car was originally silver with black houndstooth interior, car was 350 automatic with 10 bolt rear. Car is shell only with original 10 bolt rear end.
No motor, trans, gas tank, doors, steering, front clip or subframe, no doors or glass etc. Has New trunk pan and floors and the rest of the car is pretty rust free could use inner fenders and quarter skins does not need full quarters unless you want to. Obviously this is big project car and will cost roughly 10 grand in parts plus a motor and tranny if you do the work yourself. After a full restore this car is worth 30 k plus all day long. Price is pretty firm wont take less than 1500 for it because they go for around this price on ebay. Rather keep it in province if I can. I do not have pics but I will update with some. HAVE TOD IN HAND

Worht 30 g's when done? Nothing origonal, no numbers, Probably cost close to that to do it right. Buy a nice finished one and enjoy it this summer. For 30 grand you can buy alot of car.

I'm not saying that I couldn't enjoy driving a car that someone else built but why would I.
For me building a car brings satisfaction it's a hobby that our whole family enjoys. I have had my own body shop,my eldest son is the painter at a shop in Athabasca, each one of us has our projects. Personally, I would much rather drive a car that I created but that's me.
I always get a kick out of the guy that drives in with a high $$$$ car then struts around like a rooster at a **** fight. That's not a devoted car lover, that's a dip sh#$.

I agree, but I was just stating the obvious, worth 30 grand when finished. To who? For 30 grand you can land a much better car that is correct.

Your right, how many times have we seen an add saying, $40k invested will sell for
$25k. I always thought an investment was made to increase a persons equity not line someone elses pocket. These deals are out there.
