My favorites are when they tell you that if you just fix the little problem for $700. or that tiny bit of rust for $1200. then it will be worth $25,000. But right now they only are asking $9,500 .......sheeesh..... or the fixer upper with no motor or trans, full of rust and asking only $5,000., when it is really worth about $40,000 restored according to them......*sigh*.......
