I olny every had one Firebird so I am not up on them. Wasn't the RA III the standard engine in 1970 with RA IV and RA V as options?

Only 3196 1970 RA III Trans Am built and 88 RA IVs ! There was one on Ebay not too long ago and they were asking over 200 000$ ! The RA IV are Very rare, no RA Vs...

So are you saying that total Trans Am production in 1970 was 3,284? and theat the RA III was standard engine ?

Yes the RA III 400 was the standard engine and for around one of every five polar white TA's they made a Lucerne blue TA.

Ra v was a dealer option on the 70 judge. Only a handfull were built. Never heard of a ra v ta though.
