Hmmmm, actually that's a '69 Vette Vin isn't it?.
Is there a Tonawanda build # w/ Suffix code stamped there too?.
If from a 'Vette, besides the L36 a tri-power motor is possible too!.
Possible Suffixes include LL, LM, LN, LQ?.

Although finding the original cars/owners isn't always fruitful (see past thread here), if it exists the original 'Vette lump may be worth waaay more to the guy who owns the car!.

i have a few 512 blocks one block # says camaro 365 hp its a two bolt, one says 435 hp 4spd vette its a 4 bolt, one says 390 hp 4spd for a full size its a two bolt,

 You are correct . Vette vins in 69 start with a 7. The rest are as follows;

000001  B body passenger cars

300001  chevy II

300001 also chevelle

500001 Camaro

700001 Vette

As per my chevy by the numbers book.
