This one's been on for awhile... don't recall seeing it posted here (but my memory sucks).

Can't comment on the price, but I've seen it at local car shows and it does look really nice in person (but haven't crawled under or around it or anything...)

The pics aren't good in the ad, but here are a couple I took last year:

The lower trim looks to be in above average shape. 327. Nice colour combo ... "original paint". There are some things I'd get rid of (fog lights, trailer hitch, rear window brake light).

At least he has the CS caps on the ad pictures.

I agree about those add-ons, Darryl.   Seems to me I saw this car for sale as a "barn find" a few years ago (at a lower price, IIRC), so it's possible they may have been added on years ago.  The fog lights look like '70s vintage.  The 3rd brake light was a popular add-on in the '80s, but it sticks out like a sore thumb now (as they did then).  The trailer hitch would not likely be used on an original vintage car such as this anymore.  I'd have no problem removing any of this stuff if it were mine.

A little off-topic, but regarding 3rd brake lights, I've wondered if an alternative would be a strip of those LED brake lights that you see on pickups between the bumper and the tailgate, mounted inside at the bottom of the rear glass?  Don't know how easy it would be to disguise it from the inside, but it wouldn't be as noticeable from the outside of the vehicle, for those who would feel safer with the extra brake light on their old car.  I will say that some oldies (like early Acadians, for example) can be really difficult to see at night with those tiny, dim taillights.  The '64 Parisienne, on the other hand is not so bad where the taillights are a decent size (two bulbs per side?).

The elderly gentleman that owned the car for years (passed away) probably had those fog lights installed years ago as they were very fashionable. During the mid eighties we installed a lot of third brake lights in NS because of the inspection laws.
